Welcome to Keep Reel. By using Keep Reel, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them as simple and transparent as our app.

1. Ownership of Content

You own your data. Any movies, TV shows, notes, or custom artwork you add to Keep Reel are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud storage. We do not have access to, nor do we claim ownership of, any content you track.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keep Reel for personal, non-commercial media tracking.

3. Privacy & Data Integrity

Zero Collection: As stated in our Privacy Policy, we collect absolutely nothing.
Your Responsibility: Since we do not host your data on our own servers, you are responsible for maintaining your device security and iCloud backups. Keep Reel is not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, app deletion without backup, or iCloud sync issues.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Access to Pro features requires a valid subscription. All financial transactions and subscription management are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. We do not have the ability to process refunds or manage your billing cycles directly.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the application’s logic or metadata fetching systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Keep Reel is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for the highest performance and "stutter-free" UI, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free at all times.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our app’s features. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
